Do you really intended to use such a small vps for a live site?I would say buy atleast 128MB now a days.

I have seen people using centos OS on small vps but I am unsure will it be fine on a vps with less than 128 mb ram.

Yeah well as long as i know centOS will not be good into hosting it needs atleast 248 or more ram to run stable ...

Gentoo is a great for small a VPS, if you want to really personalize it. The down side is you will be doing a lot of work to get it installation and if you are not acquainted with an install it can take a while to learn.

Is it possible to run gentoo efficiently on a 128MB box and is it better over cent OS and can you please tell what make gentoo installation difficult.
