Recently I am getting a lot of spam on my WHMCS. Is there way to stop all this?

Have you tried out the Spam control module in WHMCS? It allows you to block phrases, email addresses and subjects for support tickets.

Set up a captcha for your support desk if there isn't already one. If that doesn't work, maybe write some custom code to add some security questions?

You could also look at hooking into StopForumSpam's API.
