Wow... 100 MB web space is nothing. I guess you can host a forum on it, but there's not much point then because you can use a forum host or something instead. Anyways, it's free I guess, but still... (bandwidth is pretty low too - 1GB can go very quickly if someone wants to mess with your website).

100 MB is enough to run a blog site! i ran a website on ucoz, i had 400 MB to start and it grow with your website life! i had a forum and a blog on it, never reach 25MB! the problem is how much space to script you'll install will take?

most script don't use 100 MB with install but as soon as you add content to site and users join it, the database will take more place! better running blog on kind of hosting sites!
